Snoop Dogg “likely” to hit Milano-Cortina 2026

US rapper Snoop Dogg told the Today Show’s viewers that he’s likely to make an appearance at the 2026 Winter Olympics at Milano-Cortina. He was one of the Paris Olympic’s favorite fixtures while working with NBC to cover the Games.

wintersportsnews: “Most likely you will, because I’m just so into sports… I’m just a sports guy, I love to be a part of anything that represents our country,” Snoop Dogg said when asked about whether his fans will see him at the next Olympics.

The rapper not only covered the Games, he was among the final torchbearers of the Olympic flame and one of Team USA’s biggest cheerleaders. He sported Simone Biles’ face on his t-shirt as he cheered the gymnastics team on, as he did with Coco Gauff on the tennis court and even sat with Noah Lyles’s mother as the track superstar competed —not surprising as Snoop Dogg tried out for the 200m event at the USA Track and Field Olympic trials.

A true sports fan, Snoop Dogg participated in a promotional judo event during the Games where he was awarded an honorary black belt and even got a swimming lesson from Michael Phelps.

NBC has already stated their plans to invite him back for the 2026 Winter Olympics and the president of NBC Sports said “they would be thrilled to have him back in any capacity.”

The Milano-Cortina Olympics are set to take place in February 2026.
